A banana can be identified in the amount of carbohydrates depending upon its size. A 6in. long banana contains 20g or carbohydrates; a large on with a length of 8in. has 30g of carbohydrates. A ¾g of cherries contained in a 2.5 cup has a 15g of carbohydrates. One piece of slice of a melon has an amount of 15g of carbohydrates. With ¾ of mangos, a ¾ pineapple and a regular size papaya has the same amount of carbohydrates; 50g of it will be consumed. If you will eat large bundle of berries, well you will not consume a lot of carbohydrates since it contains only 15g.  A serve of raw and 100g of avocado contains 8.5g. One medium size 2oz lemon can contribute a 5.4g of carbohydrates. One cup of strawberries can give you a 10.6g of carbohydrates.

If the fruits are served differently we can assume that the carbohydrates it contains might decrease or increase. How many carbohydrates in a fruit are dependent on what other ingredients are mixed with fruits. We have fruits served in a salad, which has milk and sugar which also contains carbohydrates. Or fruits served in an ice cream, for example a banana ice cream deluxe, approximately it has a 240g of carbohydrates.
